you are seeking an income from your property
we can arrange maintenance and managed
rental arrangements. We are able to provide
the services of a property manager who
oversees the property, co-ordinate the
rental use and ensure that your property
is properly cleaned and maintained. We
have access to Accountants and Fiscal
advisors who are able to work with our
clients to provide tenure and tax solutions
together with book keeping and filing
services for the myriad of formal paperwork
involved in property ownership in Spain.

Investor Owner – We provide

whose purchase of an overseas property
fulfils a preferred option for a diversified
