We can assist by arranging pool maintenance, gardening and property refurbishment - within the necessary planning regulations. We have access to dedicated interior designers who can help with those important finishing touches. We provide access to Healthcare Insurance, competitively priced Telephony and to professional advisors who can assist most nationalities on questions of immigration and Residencia.

The Non-resident Owner – if you are seeking an income from your property we can arrange maintenance and managed rental arrangements. We are able to provide the services of a property manager who oversees the property, co-ordinate the rental use and ensure that your property is properly cleaned and maintained. We have access to Accountants and Fiscal advisors who are able to work with our clients to provide tenure and tax solutions together with book keeping and filing services for the myriad of formal paperwork involved in property ownership in Spain.

The Investor Owner – We provide a “bespoke service” for those whose purchase of an overseas property fulfils a preferred option for a diversified investment portfolio. We have access to property investment advisors in Spain and the wider world market who advise clients on structured entry and exit investment strategies.
